Characteristics                    

Adopting the internal high pressure forming technology,this series of hydraulic press pushes the straight metal pipe into tee piece by closing it in the high pressure environment.The machine is mainly suitable for hydraulic bulge forming process of carbon steel and stainless steel tees.There are two structure of integral frame type or assembled frame type for choices.The compact design of the hydraulic control system top-mounted is space saving.The cartridge valve integrated system is used for hydraulic control and features reliable action,long service life and small hydraulic shock.Equipped with closed-loop synchronous control system,it has high precision of cylinder
position and high accuracy of synchronization.There are three operation modes of
adjustment,continuing and two-hand single cycle controlled by centralized button system.The process parameters of the various tees can be managed and stored by equipping with industry touching screen monitor,displacement sensors.
