             This series of hydraulic press has a three-beam four-column structure,which is suitable for the forming press of friction materials such as brake pads and clutch discs.The body is designed by computer aided optimization, which is compact,economic and practical.The cartridge valve integrated system is used for hydraulic control and features simple pipeline connection,reliable action,small hydraulic shock and convenient maintenance.Electrical system adopts centralized button control based on PLC,with two operation mode of adjustment and two-hand single cycle.Through the friendly interface of touching screen,the running state of the machine can be monitored in real time.At most nine times of exhaust process can be programmed by simply setting parameters in monitor such as exhaust times,return time and retention time.The mold temperature is controlled by the intelligent PID control system,which features high control accuracy and low noise and is insensitive to the power of a heater.According to requirements,stroke and pressure can be adjusted within specified scope,which can accomplish fixed stroke forming process and fixed pressure forming process.Setting of the longtime pressure holding process,to activate the function of automatic pressure compensation can achieve a good energy saving effect.
